Visitors that stay past 10 pm will be considered guest and there will be a $50 per person per night fee for each guest. No unauthorized visitors between the hours of 10 pm and 7:30 am.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7:30 am.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind
Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to host.No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property.
Using our internet for illegal activities such as pirating content will lead to a $500 fine
For your safety and ours, the exterior of the the home include surveillance; tampering with the security system (including covering the camera) will result in the immediate termination of your reservation
Pet must be approved prior to booking and a photo of the pet must be provided
A $15 per day/per pet fee
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at anytime during stay
Pets must be taken out to do their business outside; guest must pick up dog waste and throw it away in the outside trash can
Pet cannot mark indoors
Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks
There are exterior cameras on the property that may record video and audio of exterior. Noise detection technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels.
Mail and packages not allowed to be shipped to the property.
Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink
Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames
FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $50 Charge
FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $25. If not vacating on time leads to other losses (including guest refunds) you will be billed for those as well

FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $200 floor disinfecting charge

FEES: The cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest. If the property is left unreasonably dirty or results in excessive cleaning, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

Any cancellation as a result of a rule violation or violation of Airbnb's Terms and Conditions will result in a cancellation without refund.
